Linepipe EFA extension with SHELL.

TPCO is very likely to take their line pipe EFA to be extended with SHELL globally for another 5years, and recently, we made some contacts with SHELL Houston already. If success this time, it will be the 3rd EFA of TPCO since year 2009.

Although things has not been finalized and date not been confirmed yet, we are look forward to get everything down in the coming Oct. 2017
