TPCO successfully developed the TP165D-type high strength and high toughness green drill pipe

To meet customers’ requirement, TPCO successfully developed the TP165D-type high strength, high toughness green drill pipe (size Ф101.6×9.65mm) under the cooperating with one research institution. 80mt of the product was delivered to the customer. The yield strength was required to reach 165ksi, and the longitudinal impact value was required no less than 100J under -20 degrees centigrade. The final yield strength reached to 175psi,and longitudinal impact value reached to 100J.At present, there is no other mill could supply this product within China.
