On 27th September Tianjin Pipe International Economic &Trading Corporation and Van Leeuwwen( A famous pipe and pipe fittings distributor in Europe )formed joint venture Van Leeuwwen TPCO Pipe and Tube in shanghai. TPCO hold 50% share.
