TPCO developed new premium-connection

TP-JC, a family of premium connection created by TPCO, has been successfully used in the gas well in the Sugeri Gas Field of PCOC.In the past for Sugeri Gas Field, API round threads connections was used but they have encounter problems such as gas leakage due to the feature of API round thread connection. As the global oil price declined and the drilling cost rose, an unconventional connection with a better performance and low cost was called for to replace the standard API connection. The connection has been successfully applied in 4 wells in PCOC, which received approbation from the customer on its quality and better performance.
